- Consultation options
We can help you look at architects plans and interpret them, in essence help you get the best out of the services you employ.
- Design and specify
UDi can work alongside you with appointing contractors, source and specify the architectural fabric of your home, right through to the end supply of furnishings. Our rates range from £175 to £225 an hour. We offer a day rate for London and further afield, individually quoted.
- Design consultancy
Our other popular service is our Interior Design Consultancy, here we come to you for an initial meeting and gather together your ideas and elements to produce a scheme or scheme boards, proposing what you will need, including furnishings for windows and or furniture flooring, lighting, whatever you brief us to correlate. The initial charge for this is £125, or £200 to include the boards and revisit.
Paint Consultancy
We continue to offer our ever popular Paint Consultancy, which takes around an hour and helps you chose the best way forward in your house refurb. Our specification includes supply and mix, specialist colour tinting of Little Greene and Paint and Paper Library paints which takes us into many homes each year, producing stunning individual results.
Rates start from £125 which includes supply of sample pots.
